Senator Andy Kim Continues his Town Hall Series Across New Jersey; Announces April Dates and Locations

April 15, 2025

JERSEY CITY, N.J. – Today, Senator Andy Kim (D-NJ) announced that his next round of in-person town halls will be taking place across New Jersey next week. Andy will be on-the-ground in both North and South Jersey to hear from residents about how Trump’s tariff flip-flops and his Administration’s chaos have impacted businesses, families’ bills and groceries, and the ability for New Jersey’s most vulnerable to live their day-to-day lives.

Following through on his long-held commitment to hold town halls and be accessible to New Jerseyans, Senator Kim held 81 town halls before being sworn in to the Senate at the end of 2024. Since joining the Senate, he has held five town halls reaching thousands of people across the state.

Since Senator Kim’s last round of town halls, New Jerseyans have had to navigate Trump’s tariff threats and flipflops, cuts to programs like MedicaidHead Start, and services for our Veterans, and have watched their 401k’s and life savings be used as collateral damage by President Trump and his Administration.
